Members of the International Association of Firefighters now have an IAFF Alaska License Plate available for purchase through the State of Alaska DMV.  To see the plate and get details, go to http://doa.alaska.gov/dmv/plates/fraternal_organization.htm.

To order a plate, print and fill out the 803FO Form found here http://doa.alaska.gov/dmv/forms/pdfs/803FO.pdf.  Bring your completed form as well as a $50 plate fee to the DMV.  You must present the form in person as well as bring proof of membership to the IAFF.  A copy of your IAFF membership card will be sufficient proof of membership.
